hey Scott, I see your abs are developed already. Whats ur opinion on not hitting abs hard because of fear from getting too blocky. I notice I get blocky as hell if I hit my abs often and hard. Now I barely do once every 2 weeks and I look better

2:00 Now that's some real shit man, how can you do those so suddenly? I ripped my ab muscles by doing this the exact same way. Every excersize in this whole workout routine leads to snap city on the 5th repetition.

So the other day I was doing chest press with a barbell but I realised my barbell wasn't going straight up or down… any suggestions?
Also while doing squats with the bar my lower neck pains is it because my form is wrong or because I just started doing it..

Question… I've been doing a sort of lean bulk for about 2 months… Noticed great muscle gains and a bit of fat (which is going to be happening regardless, but only a bit since it's a lean bulk)….. If I were to add in a quick 20 minute run on the treadmill after my workout (or in general at some point in the day), should I eat a couple hundred calories (still following the 20% fat guideline) to combat however many calories I just burned to still be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle?
