hey Scott, I see your abs are developed already. Whats ur opinion on not hitting abs hard because of fear from getting too blocky. I notice I get blocky as hell if I hit my abs often and hard. Now I barely do once every 2 weeks and I look better

Question… I've been doing a sort of lean bulk for about 2 months… Noticed great muscle gains and a bit of fat (which is going to be happening regardless, but only a bit since it's a lean bulk)….. If I were to add in a quick 20 minute run on the treadmill after my workout (or in general at some point in the day), should I eat a couple hundred calories (still following the 20% fat guideline) to combat however many calories I just burned to still be in a caloric surplus to gain muscle?
