This really hurts my hip bone, using my mat, what can i do because I really want to do these exercises. Thicker mats are quite expensive.Damn.😢🙃

I'm back after almost 3 weeks of doing this 5 times a week. I haven't weighed or measured myself but my legs definitely look a lot more sculpted and slender! Did a bit of cardio too (not a lot) and didn't eat the healthiest sometimes (Easter!), doing butt exercises too, but imagine, I still saw results! Even in first week I started to see the bit above my knees slimmer and now its creeping up the legs. Do this, it works!

I've been doing this every day for a week and I love/hate it! lol. It is a killer, so it must be working. But is there any way to get rid of the ad in the middle of the video? I have to scramble for my glasses and reach over and hit the skip button so that I don't lose my count and momentum. It's such a joy crusher that I know it must raise my blood pressure. I'll gladly watch the ads in the beginning or end. Please Please Please?

I’ve always had big thighs due to always being over weight 🙁 and I’ve tried Chloe tings thigh work outs but they won’t work so I hope this work out can give me the legs and thighs I dream of
I do your videos 5 times a week for a year now 😘. I’m trying to tone my inner thighs as I’ve put on a lot of weight here and now not in proportion with rest of body which is fairly good. Would you suggest I continue with this video for inner thighs or something else? thanks. Sophia x
I just done this work out for the 1st time it's a tough one , it's a struggle for me doing the 1st leg lift in front , the ones behind I can do no problem , I can only lift my leg a small way , so not sure that I'm doing it correctly , Lucy gets her leg as high as her bent knee ,, but I will continue for the next week hopefully I will improve 🤔👍

This workout shattered the idea in my head that there was no effective way to exercise your inner thighs without machines! I can’t have imagined that in just 8 minutes my thighs would be so tired I’d be shaking xD 23 lbs down, inches off: hips — 2; natural waist — 2; arms — 1. Thank you Lucy for your amazing workouts! I love this workout Lucy. I was born with an inward twist in my hips that affects my posture and left me feeling self conscious about my inner thighs and the backs of my thighs. Doing this exercise daily has really changed the shape and tone of my thighs and I feel far more confident. I really appreciate these free and bite-sized sessions as they are easy to motivate myself to do.
