Interval: 30secs workout with 15 secs rest – 8 Intervals – 2 Rounds
Goal: Beginners x2 rounds Intermediate x4 rounds
To progress:
– Choose the advance option.
– Increase the workout time to 45 secs

hello jonna iam a pear shaped and I'm doing excersise to tone my thighs buttt… i lost so much weight from upper body and the bottom body still the same. i think these E xcersises building my mussels. iam waitti g for your reply

Saw your video..I want to know whether an obese person like me who weighs 74 kg with a height of 156 cm practice it.. I have heavy thighs n butt n saddle bags.. Won't it be too much for my heavy self.. In tht case do you have a set of exercises for ppl like me??
