I’ve lost 6lbs since just 27/2/2020 by doing your workouts. I stopped eating junk, excess sugar, and I’ve been walking more. I eat yummy home cooked meals. Thank you for your workouts and diet tips Lucy. I’m 35 and it’s harder to lose weight but I’ve maintained a 2lb per week weight loss thanks to you. My blood pressure and resting pulse are also now down to a healthy range.

Distance teaching has got my back feeling sore and tight. I didn’t realize how my body used to constantly walking around my classroom six hours.

Lucy, I am really glad I found you. You have helped me lose weight, inches (2 inches from my waist, muffin top and hips and 4 lbs in 2 weeks), and have more energy. Now I have my 10 year old doing your exercises in the morning to get her up and moving. It has been so hard to stay positive and healthy during the quarantine, but you have made it a lot easier for my family and I. We have all been feeling hopeless and lonely, but the endorphins that your exercises provide get me through a day full of working at home, trying to entertain my child, eating healthy, and all the other responsibilities I have.
