And it really helps to be a chicken head while shoulder pressing.. Guess it's necessary to compensate for the big head you got.

Omar, could you make a video about hypermobility. My shoulders are and I can also hyper extend at the knees and to some extend at the elbows. This makes some lifts harder to do with loads that I should be able to handle in say the shoulder press. Can you comment on it. My longer arms also make it difficult for me to do the front squat properly. Is there a way to address this? I've looked for a front squat video on your channel and couldn't find one. Love the videos Chef buff. True inspiration to us all. Peace.

Holy Shit, Omar… I tried those exercises (which are great btw, thank you very much), and I use a pansy foam roller and it was hell for the first few rolls. How you do it on THAT roller is beyond me.

Hey Omar I hurt my rotator cuff about a month ago and the pain (which I would say is about a 3/10 pain level) only seems to occur during bench press and whenever I move my arm back as if I were performing a reverse fly. Since then i've only been doing back and legs. How should  I go about treating my shoulder??
