Loved the dynamics of this one! Anyone have suggestions for doing the lunges without knee twinges? I can do squats and other moves without the twinge, it's just the lunges that are giving me issues so far. Can hardly wait for tomorrow's workout!

Enjoyed this one, wake up everyday excited to do them !! It's definitely true about having more energy, I can barely get to sleeep at night haha! Put on a 10 minute meditation before bed last night and it worked a treat 🙂 xx

I'm just wondering, because of my medical situation I haven't been working out in a looooong time. Is it normal not to feel any muscles aching the day after? Did I not work out 'enough' or is it because of a good warming up and cooling down?

I love these workouts! I am always one day behind, this way I can schedule them into my diary whenever I have the time to do them. I really love how short they are, but I can still feel the muscle pain when I wake up the next day, haha! 😉 The only thing I struggle with is clean eating. But I'll try my best to focus on that! 🙂
Is it bad for me to do the HIIT-workout and the toning workout at the same day?
wonderful workouts. Have been following you since day 1 and I do the tough version. I already feel energised. I watch my diet and eat healthy but can`t lose weight so hope the extra exercise will help. I had my thyroid removed last March so things are hard. From your experience will I be able to see results not in a month but after three months at least? thank you and keep up the great work!

I enjoyed this workout as well! I truly love all your workouts! I have a concern about the split squats. I noticed as I did them I had a twinge of pain my right knee. I adjusted my form which helped. I also notice that that knee is not as strong when doing squats and I tend to compensate by bearing more weight on the left leg. I would love suggestions on what I could do? Thank you Lucy.
