It’s always cool when I get a chance to “hangout” with some of the members of “TEAM ATHLEAN” to answer their most pressing nutrition, workout, supplementation and fitness questions. Today I was joined by 5 guys who covered the gamut on all of those topics. Whether you are just starting out with your workouts or are a seasoned veteran, you’re sure to find this hangout relevant to you and some of the challenges you may be facing in your current fitness approach.

Would it be possible if youngsters could talk to you like this because to be honest I can only work at home as I have GCSEs right now and my parents told me not to focus on gym right now. Is there a way I could personally talk to you about questions and the best exercises to do to get a better body fat percentage and better muscle definition etc? Please if you could message me since you so have google account. If you could that would so great thanks. If you can't then its also fine :). I understand you might not have time so thanks.

At around 10:30 they said you can maybe shove a fruit post-workout. Research shows that fructose stays at the liver and gets stored as fat, rather than readily replenishing muscle glucose.
