This year, I want to challenge myself to keep growing by developing my aerobic fitness while protecting the strength I have built to eventually take on a 100 mile ultramarathon. This sport has been speaking to me a lot lately, and I think the purpose of a clear goal with a clear date will really help me enjoy my workouts even more by challenging me to continually learn, and study the Sports Science around running and strength in a super hands-on way. I can’t wait to try and hope you push yourself with your workouts, but way beyond your fitness too!! Let’s build that self-belief and support a charitable cause doing it, so everyone wins together.

The Physiotherapy company that helped me recover from a sprained ankle ligament is called Evoker Physiotherapy, in Sydney CBD:

The team of incredible running experts helping me hone my running technique and protect my body through the next few months is The Running Room, based in Sydney:

Like always, I would never recommend any company or service to you unless I was willing to pay full price for it myself. All support from the companies above was paid for at full price. I just believe in supporting people who have done right by me and I want to see such high levels of excellence and expertise rewarded!!

Please DON'T FORGET to let me know your ideas and to thumbs up your favourites!!! 👍👍 I'm going to work my butt off to support the cause that matters most to you, so please share the cause(s) you care about and vote!! 👍

I'm not too sure how much of this journey I'll share, to be honest. It probably just depends on how into it everyone is as I know it's not everyone's thing and I just want to share what's most valuable for you and will help the most. I'm happy either way and will be working on this either way, but if you think you'd be into seeing a little of the journey to overcoming 100 miles then it really helps to know if you'd be into a couple more episodes 🤍

Appreciate you! Keep building that self-belief! One brick at a time 🙏

"Because I feel confident in my body" in the context of feeling assured in attempting colossal physical challenges is a gamechanger. As women we're almost always told that we should be confident in our appearances, that we're "beautiful" no matter what. And there's merit to that, but the sheer empowerment of being able to say out loud that you know you're strong as hell, that you're prepared to push yourself, that you've done the work to listen to and optimize your body, that you've trained and worked hard all these years. That is so powerful. Especially in a video where you sprained your ankle too haha!

Gosh, Natacha. You're a force of nature. Thank you for sharing you–yes, you–with us. And while aesthetic goals are not wrong, you've made me want to aim for a performance-based goal too this year. Perhaps hit new gym PRs and join the amateur tennis competition in our city that I've been too timid to join. 😂

Did she said “I love hills” 😭😢 I do hills everyday now as challenge for 30 day but I’m not looking forward to walk in that hill every morning. That hill is evil and we will not be friend

The mock neck shirts you wear here are great! Do you have a favorite athletic gear brand you go for & specifically the blue long sleeve?

Hahaha "everyone is out running- out running, cycling, swimming, surfing, rowing.." Funny actually I think we in Australia have really upped our active/fitness vibe over the last decade, and especially since Covid as our state governments were really strict about exercise basically being the only thing you could leave the house for. That combined with I think nice weather and just simply a culture that values outside activities and fitness.
The exercise space has really pushed into a less gate kept thing.
I'm currently training for my first marathon, in Canberra in April, and as I live in Sydney, I feel you on each and every one of them hills!!! Even though my distance is much shorter, exactly get your excitement–running is so good 🤩😁
Iron Cove is a beautiful little run if you need something to check out in the inner west, and if you throw in Balmain and Rozelle at the end you'll get a HEAP of hill.

Something I'm working towards (more inspired to do) is to take a complete career change. After following you for sometime, you've helped me find a love for human movement and knowledge. I've decided to take the risk of going from a hairdresser for 15 years I'm starting courses in Excersize Science going in the direction of physiotherapy. It will be hard but no risk, no rewards right? Thank you for igniting the passion in me to learn and do more than I ever thought. Like you said, I could totally fail- but we must start right? You've given me the realization that we CAN do soooo much more than we've ever thought possible. Thank you so much for your inspiration Natacha

Awesome goal. I've been an Ultra runner for the past two years having done the Tarawera Ultra Marathon 50km event over here in NZ this year (11 days ago) and two years ago. Next year I'm stepping up to the 100km event. They also do a 100 Mile (162km) event. Well worth looking at if you want a very runnable Ultra trail event with generous cutoff times.
Best of luck with your training though. It's hard, but if it was easy, anyone could do it. 🙂

I started my fitness journey in May of 2022. I discovered that I enjoy running in September and have been doing shorter 5k and 10k races, but because of your channel I have decided to run a half marathon this year at the age of 50.

I feel your pain, I’ve stopped running to focus on strength for a while as I kept on getting injured (43 yo). Can’t wait to start again. You’re very brave doing an ultra, they look intense!
My goal is to sing at an open mic, after 30 years of battling stage fright.
