This is a real challenge I am doing for the next 30 days and I started it today. I want to kick things up a notch and don't have time for double sessions at the gym. This challenge will test your will to want to break through any current plateau you might be experiencing.

I also chose these three exercises because each one can be easily modified to be EASIER or HARDER. So no excuses.

Here is how I am completing the challenge.

5 SETS:
– 20 Push-Ups
– 10 Pull-Ups
– 20 Sit-Ups

Rest for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat for 4 more sets.

Once all sets are complete, I hit the treadmill for 20minutes and I am done. Overall should take around 35 – 40 minutes to complete.

REMEMBER, this isn't about KILLING yourself… It's about getting the extra volume in, but not making it too easy either!
