I am thinking about turning the Friday videos into a more chill video like this where I talk about things that relate to fitness and life in general. Should I turn this into a series once a week? Like and leave a comment below if you dig this style (or tell me to fukoff).
This video is super on point. I started my fitness "journey" around 2008, seriously in the gym. You know I'd start with everyone, Scott Herman, Elliot, Chris Jones, Hodge Twins, you, Sixpack Shortcuts, whatever was useful back then. But I think I found myself going through a series of just turning it all off. After you've soaked information from all the gurus, it's time to turn off and do your own thing, like Bruce Lee.
I personally follow that ideology as well. My goals are my own. I listen to everyone, analyze and then do what i think is right. If I falter I learn something, if not awesome I learned something in that case as well. Do your own thing- that should've been the name of the video 😛
Anyway, like I was sayin', squats is the fruit of the gym. You can bulgarian it, back it, front it, overhead it. There's uh, squat-kabobs, squat creole, squat gumbo. CNS fried, quads fried, back-fried. There's bodyweight squats, jump squat, goblet squat, pause squat, squat soup if you're not careful, split squat, squat salad, squat and oats, box squat, figure-four squat. That- that's about it…
