Nice. I wish I could build myself up visually like that but do to my "compromised" digestive system I will never be able to take in the adequate calories and protein to do so. I workout out for health purposes only.

Dude your bis are spot on, your doing them right bro.  Seriously implement that training ferocity towards your tris and you will have 20 inch arms brother, I am telling you.  You have the genes to do it.  Start smashing your Forearms as well and Phil Heath is in trouble bro.  Something Berry Demay told me in 88 at my gym, " you have HUGE traps, I see them thought your sweat shirt.  Forearms and Traps are the 2 things people notice immediately"… just some old age advice bro.

Nick, try EZ-curl bar curls against a wall next time. This eliminates any momentum and I found it triggered a lot of hypertrophy in my biceps.
