I’m want to abs training , but I’m mother of two , I run 50 miles a week , and I will benefit from a strong core I will use your training on top of my routine to see what I can do

Would it work if instead of doing sets you do 100 ab exercises each day of the exercise you did for the first 4 months?
Google says I shouldn’t work out abs everyday but every other day. What do you recommend? Abs workout everyday or every other day?

Im confused on how much boy fat your supposed to have to see visible abs, or does it vary from person to person? I have a BMI of 18% and about 6% body fat which for someone 5’4” and 107 lbs is supposed to be normal. From what I have read, anything below 18-19% is supposed to be unhealthy.

We can’t be as muscular as men. We need fats too. But you are a body builder so go for it
