Hey guys! So i stopped working out in the gym for 2 whole months. I stopped lifting weights in mid December because I wanted to focus on recovering and had my flat belly program launched early january but had to stop halfway cause I was getting so ill. So In total of more than 2 months of not lifting weights (with that one gym session when I was in Sydney with Gymshark) and no bodyweight workouts for more than a month as well.

I just want to say it is okay to take some time to recover. I am probably not as fit as before but so what! It is OKAY! It will take me some time to slowly ease into going back to the gym but i’m totally fine with that!

I just want to share that it is OKAY if you can't workout. Yes i've lost some muscle mass, and yes I might look a little more on the skinny fat side. But so what? At the moment I'm choosing my health over working out. I had a good day working out and today i'm bloating and cramping! The reason why I didn't gain much weight from not exercising was because I was eating healthy. Diet plays a big role when it comes to your health and your body composition! Also, thanks so much for all the positive comments! I read every single of your comments and I really appreciate you guys!

Omg, I needed to hear this 🥺❤️ I’ve been so stressed & depressed due to the fact that I’m unable to workout (lift weights) for 1-2 months due to my Piriformis syndrome 😭 Every time I think it’s healed & go to the gym, it ends up flaring up the next day and it’s like I’m back to square one 😔 But you’re so right! It’s good to give my body a break, eat healthy, & also to focus on my mental health 🙌🏼 I’ll be back to the gym in a few months and I’ll be stronger than ever! Thank you for this reminder 💕

I stopped working out for 9 years and have 4 babies now I started 9 days ago with cloe ting 15 days ABs challenge I want to get my dream body from 100kg to 65kg, I hope i can do this

I think this goes specially for the people who feel guilty if they don't work out a couple days. Like, if you wanto to rest, don't push yourself. It's okay. A couple days or weeks won't destroy your progress. And even if it did, being toned isn't the only thing that matters. Be gentle on yourself. <3

am i the only girl who completely ties up all her hair before the gym cos i hate getting my hair and bangs sweaty? every youtuber i see working out has atleast some of their hair down and over their face/on the sides of their face but idk im so eugh about getting my bangs sweaty

i stopped working out couldn't do anything for3 weeks because i had asthma and felt really bad about myself but i couldn't do anything about it inwas esp worried about my declining endurance
