Are you still deadlifting & if you are do you count it as a back or hamstring exercise in your split? Do you deadlift then 2 back exercises or deadlift then 1 back exercise? Cheers in advance pal

I fkn hate the gym it's so boring and I have to contend with Heidi Krieger hogging the equipment. It's not exercise, it's torture! Sooo… I run my own classes, do Crossfit and work at home where I get to choose all the music lol
