Oaky so i will do this for 30 days..i don't want a big butt i actually want to get rid of my hip dips so here i go….

Day 1-✔️( who said butt bridges were easy )
Day 2-✔️(i wasn't sore…but i did it..)
Day 3-✔️(i did it and at the 100 i holded it up for 1 min…)

I combined donkey kicks & the bridges & omg 🍑 now I already had a but b4 but I felt it needed a lil perky push so I did these & it was almost like sculpted & I had friends ask me if it was fake 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ be careful what you exercise for lol

Wow it's actually sad how many women actually beleive this garbage ….. She knows damn well that muscle dosent grow by thrusting air …ur glutes will only grow ..when u hit the gym and weight train ur glutes …ya ll r wasting ur time ..educate urself abt the excersises , the high protein diet u shld be following etc..

1-✅ it was hard to do it
2- ✅ phew I did it, but I used a 5 kg dumbbell. so far, there are no changes, but this is understandable because only the second day has passed))

Week 1
Day 1 : did a lot of pause lol
Day 2 : my butt and my body sore but keep going
Day 3 : not really sore anymore so yeah
Day 4 : i add 2 workout today from 2 different people and did this workout last. But for the first time I did not pause yeayy
