I Loooooooove you, Love Sweat Fitness! It’s almost a year that I’ve been faithfully doing the LSF premium app!

Question about the daily 10: is there any benefit to doing 3 sets of 10 reps vs 2 sets of 15. Both methods get 30 reps in. I find doing 2 sets of 15 gets it done quicker…thoughts…?

Katie we love u. Great vlog. When u talking of having to be "on", as a teacher I can relate to the joy and exhaustion from it. Thank u for going 30 days. I was working at 8am, but I would log in to see u; to remind myself to workout at lunch. I also appreciate you saying u want to quit but didn't, several times in the month.. Your joy and commitment motivates me!!!!! 😘😘😘.

You are amazing girl, and you look freaking awesome!! The mental challenge is so real I started working out again last week since my surgery and it's been so hard and frustrating just not being able to do everything I use to do, but I will still show up everyday push myself and trust the process. Our bodies are amazing.

Hi!! Love your videos!!! 😘 I’m looking at buying the hot body meal plan but I can’t decide which version to get!

What’s the difference between the Hypo one and the Guten+Dairy free one?
I try to eat gluten & dairy free MOSTLY but not all the time, so do you think it’s best to get the regular and just swap as needed or are the recipes so different that maybe I should get both? Lol! Sorry for all the questions!!

Hi Katie, I have a question . What thyroid medication do you take and has it ever caused you to feel bad ? I take generic , was euthyrox, but my last fill the pharmacy gave me a different generic manufacturer (alvogen levothyroxine sodium) was wondering if you've ever had this problem or any symptoms from meds . Sorry if its personal 😔 I'm still new to all this, hasn't even been a year yet for me
