How You Can Make Anywhere Your Gym #3 – OfficialBarstarzz

by YouTube Team

Day 2 of the Armstrong pull up program. My push up numbers today were 19, 20, 14. Todays pull up routine was pyramid pull ups so you do 1 rep wait 10 seconds, 2 reps wait 20 seconds, 3 reps 30 seconds and continues in this pattern until you reach failure. At this point you go for a max set. I did the pull ups at a late night baseball field.

Can't even do 1 pullup, still working on my keto weight loss. Down 19 pounds for month 1, hopefully once I can do a few pullups I'll start.
