You look fabulous Lucy, I totally wouldn't have noticed. :-). Gorgeous inside and out.
I started doing your workouts about two weeks ago, after hitting a plateau with my weight loss, and they worked like a charm! Can't wait for the next challenge. I wanted to know if you had any exercises for eliminating a double chin and defining the jaw/neck area? This is the part of my body I'm most self-conscious of.

Lucy, could you please make some videos for girls and women who don't want to lose weight? I'm naturally skinny, but i'd like to improve my fitness level (i'm super unfit) and also I'd like to have some more shape in my body. I don't want Kim K curves, I just want to look a little less like a stick haha. I researched some workout ideas for skinny girls but haven't found anything good for me. I also realised it's a huge niche in the fitness industry, so many girls comment that they can't find a workout which isn't adressed to people who want to lose weight 🙂 x.

Good to know this will work best with 4 min HIIT! I loved those a tiny bit more 😉 will also start running and try Anna Saccone's workout! 🙂

I think you look great Lucy!
If you'd really like to lift some of the color, at the drugstore you'll find "Jolen cream", it's in the same section as the hair dye. Very inexpensive, quick lightening of the eyebrows!

Dye them lighter..the normal hair dye u get at the supermarket..u choose the color u want, say brown, then u put it on ur eyebrows for few minutes..say max ten minutes

Try some lemon juice for your eyebrows. Or dish soap, a friend of mine swears on it. But obviously is lemon juice a more natural (and possibly healthier?) option – good luck! 🙂

You can try to put some lemon juice for about 15-20 min to your brows … It workd with my hair when i dyed it grey once 👌

Different products react differently to dyes used…I'd be inclined to ask the girl who did it, to tone it down, should be free of charge, as it's not what you asked for. Saving that, your eyebrows look great, as do you. I understand if you don't like it though. I've had similar experiences with my hair colour dyes. I always ask the pro to fix it.

you could try using acetone or nail polish remover… although that's a little bit harsh on the skin ..I've heard it helps…excited for this month

I'm very over weight after having my children and lost just under 2 stone but have another 5ish to go.. I love these workouts and have done a few of the ones yogi with Anna Saconne joly but I'm really confused in which ones I need to do as there is so many. X
