|How toI|Make My Favorite |Healthy Breakfast| by Tiffany Rothe | TiffanyRotheWorkouts – TiffanyRotheWorkouts

This week I’m sharing one of my favorite healthy breakfast recipes. I don’t consider myself a chef, and I’m very busy! So in order to eat healthy I need something that’s fast, easy to make, and tastes good! So here it is, I call it my Loaded Oatmeal.

Ingredients:
Oatmeal
Fuji Apples
Blueberries
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
To cook – add water and you can add any fruit you like. Stir for a few minutes until the oatmeal is fully cooked.

I love to top the cooked oatmeal with bananas and flaxseed or sliced almonds. Try it out and have fun with it! Post some pics of your own version of this recipe on my gym – www.icfc.club or on my app 🙂

I do steel cut oats and egg whites with coconut oil and cinnamon. and I'll have a low glycemic fruit on the side.
