Can you do push ups everyday ?
If I'm training my chest once a week, but want to increase chest size, is it wise to stick a push up routine in once a week aswell….I just don't wanna be overtraining that's all:)

Nah, if you mean the part of your back next to your shoulder blade then it's your Lat. If you mean the bit on the opposite part of your arm as your bicep, That is your tricep. The best way to build triceps is either tricep dips when you don't have equipment or pulldowns if you do. As for lats, pullups is the best way. I hope this helps, man.
