Thank You sooooo much for this video!!! I'm starting back going to the gym beginning with my apartment complex's gym which has a lot of equipment. I wanted to make sure I was using them right and with confidence! I love the way you broke everything down and went slowly so that we can see the proper form. Keep up the excellent work!! You have a new subscriber!! 💞

Thank you for this beginners video! I have a gym membership but I'm always too afraid to go to the weight machines because I'm worried someone might make fun of me if I am positioning myself wrong.

Love this video! Thank you so much because at my gym it seems kinda of like they are to busy to assist people with teaching them how to use a machine properly and this is always a great reference Incase you forget.

Hi Joanna, I just started working out at the gym Feb. 17th. Been using tredmill and excersises you show on your video. My question is, would you be able to put together a workout program for me? I realize you would need to know my weight and height. I'm looking for a routine workout . Can you help me?

This was great. Thank you. I was thinking I had to go spend money on a personal trainer at my gym to show me how to properly use the equipments, but this just saved me $100/hr. Love it!

You should never let your arms drift behind your back. You're putting undue strain on your shoulders. She only talks about the arms to far up or to far down.
