hey scott im 15 and ive been really sick the last week and ive lost 5 kgs from 66 – 62 in a week im pretty much better now, when i go back to the gym should i lower my weights and start of slowly and maybe do a week of full body workouts or something?? great videos by the way!

I learned these from my buddy Dave. I usually balance one or both feet on another slightly larger ball too. Dave does these upside down. Great work out. easy to see results.

I'm 15 and my PE teacher told me to do 20 push ups on 2 volleyball balls, I managed to do 15 but my hand slipped for a while and after that my legs fell…Tried for a second time after a short brake – did 7…After that tried again and did 10…I have to learn to do 20 in 2 days.. :X
