This oblique workout really worked for me, although our decline bench is abit different I did manage to tear my abs hard, my obliques are weak so I really felt it there. I'm combining this and that obliquecrunch with dumbell exercise you had a while ago for my oblique day.

Hey Scott I've been watching your videos for a long time and notice you have not gotten any bigger, are you just maintaining, or did you just reached your genetic potential?
Did this with a 20 kg weight and after 2 sets of 15 my decline bench broke while i was on it 🙁

@TheDiddledaddle IMO, you dont train your other body parts 5 times a week so you dont need to train your abs 5 times a day. if you dont see your abs yet you should start shredding and lose the belly fat if you have some.
