2020 Fit Planner!
Setting your alarm for a 6am workout just to hit snooze. Getting dressed for an evening workout class you never make it to. I do it too, you guys!!! Did you know we’re actually physiologically programmed to avoid working out because our brain perceives it as a threat?!
The good news is there are ways to change the way your brain feels about workouts, so I’ve included 4 hacks and 1 amazing tool to use in this video!
How to train your brain to crave fitness:
1. Find an exercise that makes you happy. If you dread it, don’t do it!
2. Find ways to distract yourself from your workout (watching TV on the treadmill, listening to an audiobook while running, etc).
3. Work out with friends!
4. Make your workout a routine by scheduling it into your calendar!
5. Track your progress in your Blogilates 2020 Fit Planner!
You guys, the 2020 Fit Planner is like a fitness instructor and life coach all in one! I use it to track my workouts, track my meals, track my water, track my mood, track my sleep, track my habits, write my grocery lists, create monthly, weekly, and daily goals and so much more! Seriously, it’s my life.
If you want to make 2020 YOUR year, you can get yours now on

;p
– me seeing this is 2021
I made my body transformation. I was able to lost 15lbs for only one month and finally started feeling healthy. I took plan from Agoge Diet and followed their tips. Thank you #*Agoge Diet*
Me not even 2 minute watching the whole video…i love you..xD
I already have this
But then when i want to slee and lay in bed lol
This is true, i'm gonna start easy this time and how much i want because before i would force myself to do hard workouts which made me like working out less and anxious
If I watch my fave movie well doing a plank I think I would end up hating the movie instead…
the answer is you don't train your brain to crave working out, because if you hate it, you're not going to be able to make yourself like it. Find some kind of movement you like to do and stick with that instead.
"Fuuun, healthy recipes"
That journal looks amazing but I lwk never keeps up with journaling either coz I just can’t stick to things haha hence why I’m watching this vid in the first place lmao
I found you on instagram and my body loves me now 😁
Wow this video showed a lot of research, but was still entertaining, new subscriber and think I’ll put a pause on your IG content. Hoping to see more YouTube stuff with this same energy and long form really helpful fitness tips.
I also recently saw this planner and your other gear in target. Excitedly showed my fiancé and we proudly embraced that Asian people are now on the forefront not just in a store but on the end cap in the fitness section- in very white dominated Pittsburgh where we live nonetheless. Keep doing you, you’re doing so much for all of us!
Her voice is annoying.. Why ice cream, that will only increase your sugar cravings, on a fitness blog?
Only 4 minutes was actually tips
Ok I’m gonna start, I really want to get fit and this helped thank you 🙏
Heyyy bae😁😍
Think about this-
Right now you are a brain, listening to another brain, talking about how a brain works, and telling us how to train the brain to exercise the brain, and your brain is quietly listening
Invite your friends..fast forward no friends here
One of my colleagues says she's addicted to running and it's the thing that gets her through the day. She craves exercise if she doesn't do any for a couple of days (which happens BC we have busy jobs that allow for now work-life balance). I am so jealous.
I am in the process of starting a new workout plan and I am beginning the crave exercise each day, but I am fully anticipating my ADHD brain just giving up on this new hobby as soon as work stress builds back up. Luckily, I have a pretty active job as a teacher but I still need to find a way to workout around it.
Basically, Cassey, thank you so much for the tips. I need this. I need help.
I'm starting a new workout plan and I have recently bought some cute stickers related to cardio, weightlifting, meditating and home workouts/Pilates classes. Why? Because, like a child and her chores, I'm going to REWARD MYSELF WITH STICKERS for sticking to my weekly workout plan. Wish me luck xx
Nice video! ❤️🔥
