Calorie Deficit = Fat Loss. Simple.Resistance Training & Correct Protein Intake = Muscle Maintenance. Simple. No need for anyone to over complicate it. Too much FAD diets and stupid myths out there. Calorie deficit utilising carbohydrates to ensure you carry on training at a high intensity, and enough protein to ensure recovery. Be consistent with this and you will lose fat.

Hi Rob, just need some advice relating to balancing sports with the gym. I train 3 times a week for hurling and football and I go to the gym 3-5 times a week. Because I have training I find it hard to fit in leg day I know you used to play sports so is there any advice you could give me?? Thanks Luke

No disrespect, but this is a very twisted video discussion IMO… Techniques like high reps, circuit training and lowering rest time will FOR SURE help you lose weight by increasing heart rate, the body's thermogenesis and pushing workload in shorter amount of time. I think the title should have been something like "How to Maintain as much Lean Muscle while Cutting" otherwise, great video Rob!

Super sick workout intro Rob . Great advice , but what about people just starting out who are a lot overweight . Should they lift heavy weights or look towards more circuit type workouts ? Cheers mate . Norm.

Hi Rob. I've been on a bulking routine and I've just started a mini cut and want to know if I should stick with my current routine or should I change to something else. I'm doing a legs push pull routine at the minute. Thanks, Steve

I have a question guys, I am a 15 y/o guy, 1m70 and I weigh 55 kg. I started Januari 2018 with eating a lot of food (more healthy) and also doing a 1 hour workout(most likely biceps+triceps+chest+shoulders with 2kg dumbell each hand) and going for a 50-60 minutes walk each day. Untill now i lost my motivation because I didnt see many results I still have the same weigh and my muscles have grown a tiny bit. I hope someone can give me good advice because I am so tired or being called skinny. Perhaps good effective execises or idk how to get big with eating and that kinda stuff. Appreciate it if you would read this comment and help me out!<3

Enjoyed the Rob Lipsett quick tip of the day, definitely a great concept that most people are not aware of. Lifting heavy and keeping your strength is definitely the best way to keep your muscle mass while in a cut.. (especially as a natty)
