How to get started with Calisthenics?
First I would highly recommend buying a home pull up bar. I left my suggestions down below.
– Portable Pull Up Bar ►
– Pull Up Tower ►

Having a home pull up bar lets you practice more often. For most movements all you need is a sturdy over head bar and the floor. You should also find a park near you if this is possible. Some countries or areas of the world this is not possible. We try to help with our Park Finder.

28 muscle ups in a row messed my shoulder up. I don't do more than 10 in a row anymore. Great advice, I still have to visit a specialist.

Or train with an injury like this guy in one of Ido portals videos. I'm sure there is more to it than that though.

I hurt my wrist trying ring muscle ups back late July and somehow just tweaked it Saturday playing with my damn dogs 😑 lol. This is like the most annoying injury I ever had cuz it hurts to supenate my hand, can't even curl a 25lb dumbbell or do chin ups without irritation from wrist. I can still do other stuff but it's crazy how something as little as thus affects my workouts man

At least! Someone to talk about it… i posted several comments in other channels looking for answer. I would apretiate if you can talk more about it, and in particular about shoulder instability that's the problem i have since an accident bike that dislocated my left shoulder. Thanks for the content, greetings from Argentina

What about an illness that lasted a few years on top of a lot of weight gain and you can no longer even do one chin up. Will my muscles memory still be there? And if I so will I eventually get back to doing pull ups by doing alternative exercises that strengthen the same muscle groups that are required to do pull ups after losing the weight gained over the period of my illness?
