Yep totally agreed to the Lennox Lewis jab technique of going like halfway, it cuts sooo much time and reaction from the receptor that it’s mind blowing. Yo Mike, I don’t know why when you are in boxing mode it reminds me of “Balrog” of street fighter… 😄 maybe cuz I pass the game with the character 🦾😂👍

I would pay top dollar to have you train me I need a coach I did good with losing weight I lost 54 pounds in 2 months with a very strict diet and a lot of exercise everyday but I’m not seeing results now it’s like my body is just maintaining weight it’s not losing or gaining weight it’s staying the same and btw I been working out at home so I have a lot of discipline when it comes to eating right I avoid foods my dad and grandma bring in most of the time I might have a hamburger and pop occasionally I have before and after photos to I can show u 🤷🏾‍♂️💯 just wanna be the best I can possibly be

great breakdown of a POWERFUL foundational skill useful all throughout a fight…this can lead to the knockout/score points/ size up the opponent measure distance/ mentally disrupt the opponent give you some time to recover or go in for the kill shot…thanks for the content Mike!!

Hey mike i have a question. I took a boxing class once for free and I felt like since its a group, all the technical things arent discussed in such detail. I am 26, but I have this dream to fight one day whether its pro or amateur. I just wanna fight once to see what it feels like. Would I be better off taking a private trainer first, or just go into the public one and go from there?
