One of the most important post workout routines is a great STRETCH! You ladies always push your LSF workouts to the max, so make sure to thank you body afterwards! Do this upper & lower body stretch routine after each workout. (More Below)

I liked the stretching moves, but think it would have been more beneficial if you were speaking the directions for each move throughout. I had to keep looking at the screen to check for the next move and see if the current one was finished which hurt my neck a bit. Overall good stretch though.
Still using this stretching video after this long! It makes me feel so relaxed and ready for bed lol

Verbal instructions would have been beneficial, as when I'm in certain positions, I'm not facing the screen & so wasn't sure when to change onto the next move
Good video but hon instructions would help…it was rather annoying to look on the screen so please do a remake with instructions thanks!
