@Mfolsom245 Just make sure you're eating enough, as long as you body isn't in a shortage of calories and forced to eat muscle because of your cardio work then it wont be a problem.

I wonder about straps sometime. I went from 140-160 lbs lat pulldown (135-155 lbs) and it took me a year and a half before I could do it with proper form. I have a question – if you can't pull down with full ROM, how do straps help?
I love doing lat pulldowns, Never thought of doing them this way, I will try it, but only at night when no-one will see me if I flub it up 🙂

I have done these a while back, was with two handles on a different machine, no long bar, kinda the same, better with just the handles though.

hey scott, i got a problem. my left shoulder blade is higher than my right so when i hit the gym, my back gets more uneven and some muscles are larger than others. how can i even out my back. my delts are affected to.

There is absolutely no reason you shouldn't be able to hold the weight you are using on the pulldown, what so ever.
