Wow, I'm not be any means a great Herman fan. But you HAVE to respect what he's accomplished. He's living the life, great shape and trying to help you clowns learn to exercises. Why do you care if you're doing a weird exercise at the gym? At the end of the day, you're not there for them, you're there for you.

@Outlaw0770 A bar is longer than a dumbbell, idiot. Requires far greater balance and coordination. Only thing I can suggest is to spot yourself with your other arm rather than rest it on your hip in case you do drop it.

@URBNSpice it involves alot more muscles to keep this stable then to keep a db stable. therefor better workout for the tiny muscles which most people tend to forget about and then get hurt later on
@fume423 a tight rope walker uses a long stick correct? this is because it helps with rotational velocity, which means it helps them balance better.
