Should I fully extend or not? He first said you should fully extend then he said you shouldn’t disengage biceps?
If bar is spinning in hands when I lift does that mean too much weight ? Should I lower weight ? Just getting into working out and don’t want to cause injury thanks

Where it all started for me– the first of Scott's, and one of the very first of any fitness videos, I ever watched.
And I come back some years later to find I didn't hit Like. 😑 I've grown in strength and courteousness since then.
it helps me to remember to engage the opposite arm muscle. So i contract the triceps at the bottom of the bicep curl and contract the bicep at the top of the tricep curl. That stops me using momentum as much.
