I don't snack much, drink fizzy drinks or drink tea or coffee BUT my guilty pleasure is chocolate, any tips to help stop that craving for chocolate?

This is great! I'm pretty good with my diet and I exercise 6 days. I eat clean, cooking most food at home. I do eat the odd treat. Love chocolate. Why do I get the midnight munchies, and how do I prevent them?.😂😋🌛✨

I'm honestly fine with cutting sugar out but chocolate is my weakness, I have to eat at least one chocolate thing per day, I just can't cut it out. I eat more fruit snacks than before (used to eat chocolate bars a lot) but at 4pm or in the morning I always have chocolate it's like my little reward 😂😑

I'm the biggest sugar craver! When I'm stressed I always need sweets. But today is day 5 without sugar and I plan to really stick to it this time 🙂 I find that the first couple of days are the hardest, then it gets easier.

I was wondering, why are you not vegan?

Great video. What about coconut sugar and dried mangoes? I have made so many changes in the way I eat but I am still a sugar lover, especially at night. I have switched to having dried mango slices which are high in sugar but Im wondering if its ok because its natural sugar? Also I like to put a Tb spoon of coconut sugar in my porridge in the AM, is this ok or should I eliminate it altogether? I have reached a plateau in weight loss

This is very helpful – so true that after exercise craving sugar isn't as bad as normal.  The cold is rubbish, and working in an Office is rubbish for putting your hand in the biscuit tin!  Thank you.

How can I eat less carbs and feel full? I find that unless I eat crabs (noodles, rice, bread), I get hungry very easily and ends up having to snack more. I can choose whole grains options, but giving up sugar in forms of carbs is difficult.

I'm a kid and I want to be healthier and eat less sugar. My main problem with doing that is the fact that my parents aren't treating my concerns as serious, and have been stocking up on chips and ordering fast food nearly three times a week. Is there any way I can eat better without preparing meals by myself or just existing off of nut bars?

I was eating far too many sugar free chocolate chips. I started taking Magnesium tablets. It absolutely stopped my chocolate cravings.
I have not had one bite of chocolate in 14 days. Yea.
