@MrSwedishJesterhead this could be useful for hip rotation/problems or who want to strengthen their core. Don't be closed minded..not everything is about putting up heavy ass weight. I've seen trainers ( myself being one of them ) doing these kinds of exercises with alot of their patients. Some even hockey players. Just because this exercise doesn't appeal to you ( nor does it entirely appeal to me) doesn't mean its pointless. this kind of stuff would benefit all kinds of athletes

@MrSwedishJesterhead First of all relax with the insults bro. The POINT of this is to introduce an exercise that not everyone may have seen. We gain about 100 New Hermanites a day and the Captain America routine came out 3 months ago, so that is about 9,000 who have not seen the workout, or this exercise. Also, the movie just came out this week. Also, I post the individual exercises on SHF.com so that you can utilize the body diagram to find the right exercise for you. I have unlimited ideas

Which is exactly why you are now seeing this exercise 3 months laterfrom when the routine came out. Because I have been doing my best to space them out my friend. Seems to me the other 130,000 subscribers have realized that and are grateful 🙂
@DaancookUM Every exercise has it's place, just because you don't understand this exercise, doesn't mean it is crap. Videotape yourself doing the ENTIRE Captain America routine, and upload if you think this exercise is not effective. Maybe we should all actually try the exercises before we talk smack? No internet warriors in SHF!!!!
If you dont like the exercise then dont do it! Do whatever workout you wanna do! And if you dont like Scott's videos then shut your trap and go start your own channel! Personally, im thankful Scott takes time to educate others. If you look at him you can see that what he has to offer works!

@jayMbodybuilding Are you serious? Agian, he has allready shown this exercise to us. Why did he post it agian? Maybe he is running out of ideas, so whats better then a video we have already seen or no video? A max video, now that was only a suggestion he could do whatever he wants.
