Shouldn't this be done in a weight that allows you to do 15-20 reps? As far as I know, this excercise is way better if you perform long reps. If this is right you should have said that cause some people think low reps and heavy ass weight work better for this one which I'm 99.9999% sure is wrong.

can ı do ıt with dumbells? There're not 2 of that machine in my gym.
I think heavy weight on this particular exercise is uncomfortable on the traps..well for me anyway.
Does anyone else agree? I do low weights an 3 sets of 15-20 reps
