Great video Scott! We personally like to use gymnastic rings, because they allow to do much more effective variations and freedom of rotation.

I have a question. Is it better the same or worse to split my workout throughout the day.like let's say Monday i do arm,chest,abes,back. But cause of work I do chest,arms in the morning and abs,back at night. With i get same result,or no result. Is it better to crunch it up in one who's session or can I split it and still get same result. Please let me know thank u or make a video or email me thank you

When I do inverted rows on my Smith machine I change the height of the bar in order to change my body angle. For beginners, most will not be able to do many reps when their body is completely horizontal. These inverted rows are tougher than they look. Start at an almost standing position for your warmup reps and work your way down to as close to horizontal as you can go for the next sets.
