Hey Scott!! Just curious…I have a routine for everything except legs other than cardio….my sis has a kinesiology degree she doesn't like this machine…or leg pressing in general..but she says she would prefer me using the plates leg press as a pose to the one ….I am okay starting with either just thought I d get your preference..
Is it just me or there are a lot of dickheads around the leg press machine?? The other day, I wanted to use it and some guy before me was like, do you want me to unrack the weights for you? I said no, I can handle the same weights you were using. He was like what? you need all those weights?? I was like yeah bitch!! so what??!!

the vertical leg press machine is much harder then the fake leg press machine where you put plates on the side

Who said machines don't work. Don't expect to be a powerlifter from this but these machines do give you a run for your money with sufficient reps and consistency. I miss those machines.

Thanks for the Knee-to-Toes tip. Knew I was doing something wrong bc I only ever feel pressure on my knees instead of my quads. Definitely was making that mistake

so i usually put around 100-120kgs on the legpress. and i gotta say, the results are faster then when i train my upper body? is it cause of the weight??

Thanks I just saw another video the guy said to put your feet lower to get more quads. However I thought that could damage your knees. This is the technique I learned. Thanks for putting out good info.
