No, when you do a THRUSTER, you barely dip your hips back and then THRUST them forward for momentum to press the weight.

wow. been doing squats with my punching bag, the press up is an awesome addition, works the triceps. will have to add parallel straps to the bag so i can do exactly this.

i get the vibe this isnt a good technique,hands should be more under the bag and weight shouldnt go behind at the top
