wrong u have to let your shoulders move forward and flex your back to move arms and shoulders back… otherwise your pulling from your biceps and the back is all the time just contracted but not "pulling"… dont make videos if u havent enough knowledge

There's some jargon I don't know. We're supposed to keep our back "tight" at the starting point of the exercise, not sure what that means. I also don't know what's a "neutral neck," maybe just keepng it straight and in line with the spine?

Very helpful video, but what does "keep your shoulderblades together the whole time" mean?

This rower is great and exactly what we wanted.>>>ur2.pl/1147 Our only complaint is that the seat isn't the most comfortable and gets my butt sore after using for a few minutes. They sell a seat cushion for this and we will be buying one, but for the price I'd think they could just make the seat more comfortable.

i have to say most of what you do is wrong, I've watched many of your videos and you are a clown. The way you hop into the seat to do dumbell press and you setting this seat back too far are two tell tells you actually have no idea what you're doing. Just a nice body and cute face so people listen.

Your videos are great, short, precise and straight to the point. I check them often in the gym to make sure I'm performing the movements correctly.

If you keep the shoulder blades together, you will limit the full range of motion of the back muscles. To simulate hypertrophy, you need to overload resistance on a muscle throughout it's full range of motion. This is bs advice.
