after a cheat day i do literally almost 2 hours of running + sit in the sauna. i also drink a fuck ton of water and intermitten fast the next few days.
who the fuck gains 5-10lbs off 1 cheat meal ??????????????? Holy shit 1 cheat meal even if i stuffed my face to the point of wanting to puke i couldn't gain more then maybe 1 lbs 2 at the most.
