Here is something cool: an explanation on how to really build a bodybuilder's chest. Understanding the way your pec fibers run can help guide you on the path to figuring out which movements would work best for you.

What's your favourite chest movement?

Dips feel best for me. Feels like my breasts are gonna fall off.

lol whenever I do incline press, I use the guillotine elbows (it's strange how I don't get any shoulder problems from it) and I can feel 85-90% of my entire chest getting worked, while the flat bench barely tickles my chest at all lmao

Trying to get a handle on my own Pec insertions. Mine seen to be quite far from each other. Like there not like an ass crack which is a shame I guess but means I use less toilet paper.

I have broad shoulders and short chest insertions so there’s pretty much a valley in the middle of my chest where there’s just bone and no muscle there whatsoever

Bench press is the only thing that ever seemed to activate my chest and I hardly have any fibers in the center of my chest — i.e., no pec split.

It's not the only muscle you have developed muscle in. All muscles develop with age till you're about 30.

"This has been brought up for the first time." Wrong, muscle insertion has been discussed thousands of times on the internet.
