@Rodrighus imo the hardest thing to practice withouit a gym is the chest. all else u can train pretty well from ur own bodyweight

@Rodrighus yeah theres lots of excercises jus lik pushups that can make u muscular. using your own body weight is effective for getting cut but not big

nice one scott, but i hope there is an angle shot from above to show the right position of the hand and the shoulder more clearly and while doing the push up, how the ankle would move.

I commented on some of the other videos about how bad the instruction is, but this is actually good form, so nice work here. Main thing is he keeps his elbows in, which prevents irritating the shoulder.

@yjlhjun Getting ripped abs is not as hard as it sounds, I've got killer abs and it didn't take that long. Knowing the proper mix of foods and workout routine is what you need.
