Speed doesn't always equate to power. And sometimes slow thudding punches can be the hardest, George Foreman. And yes you can build power in how you throw the punch, position the body, feet and hips but the most devastating punchers are born not made.

No matter how much you stretch bulked up weightlifter is no match for the flexibility a well-rounded true boxer would possess like I. I can't wait to point out and exploit the weakness you possess because of weight lifting for boxing just don't get in there with any top boxers Mike you are big and bulky too stiff still even if you stretch weightlifting it's not for boxers. I will show you once I'm in California.
