How To Half Palm Spin On The Bar
An adaption of the parkour move the palm spin similar just done halfway over a straight bar. The point of the move is to land on the back of your legs to then roll backwards. A very technical move. If you don’t get the process as explained you risk injury to your shins, so proceed with caution.

wow Ed your arms geesh got a lot of muscle and definition in them. looks great. ive been thinking about getting into this too but it seems like when i workout im always pulling a muscle or something.. but this stuff minus the tricks i jus wanna at least do a pull up. jus 1 . lol. ima female.. a shorty though but i still do the basics.. pushups. is it possible u guys can do more stretching before and after videos?

To fix the noise-distortion (2:54) when using slow-motion clips. Do the following:
Right-click on the audio-track -> properties -> (Audio Event Tab) -> Pitch Change * | Click Lock to stretch
