This was really helpful, thank you! I really like that you always include how to's or say why it is important etc. Even before this how to-series I would always listen very carefully while working out what you would say and it always helps a lot with form and motivation! (e.g. keep your belly button tight to your spine, don't let the knees come over the line of your toes, breathing techniques during recovery etc etc etc). I'm feeling like I have control over my body and understand why things work how they work – thank you Lucy 💖 keep up the good work, I love it!! 😍
