@hairydanial92 yu prob hear it all the time but aim for quality not quantity as you continue with this exercise better form will come as yor core becomes stronger try and watch it as you do each rep nd control your bodys motin as you lower your legs so you dont swing as much

Scott: How do you go from fat to fit? What are the beginners steps? I'm running alot and do some easy lifting on machines. There are two methods, one is do 15 rep and if you have the right weight on the final ones should be really heavy to do. Another i've heard is do 3×15 rep where the first is super low weights, rest for a minute and when you do the final set you should have the same weights as i told in the first method. I don't wanna do any shortcuts (there is none)but i want to do it right.
