Doc : What kind of nuggets..
Omar: Chicken nuggets.
so since volume is the key to hypertrophy, what is the optimal amount of sets / volume per workout? or what is too much?
is it simply however much volume you can handle without feeling overtrained and beating yourself into the ground?
but but but i love training to failure
That moment when you find out that Dr.Schoenfeld is professor at your college going to take his class next semster
this is why some people might find working out a chore. too much information. working out should be fun
Broenfeld's watch is noooice!
@OmarIsuf your videos are awesome. thanks.
I love science.
This series is great. Actual studies and knowledge to back up claims, not just bro science.
Great vid here. What is the theme/start music?
Brad and layne Norton have almost the same voice haha
will this help me get my face buried into more big booty cheeks ? and my cock sliding into more warm , tight pink skinfolded shit holes?
omari you are a dunderhead no fucking shit. you are asking the next question before he answers the first one
The doctor gets down, " I LOVE nuggets, what kind of nuggets"
This guy has no muscle
Omar, does a beginner need deload?
interested to know why the hypertrophy expert isn't big
Cool to say Dr. Schoenfeld is a professor at my college!
+omarlsuf, what is your opinion for training frequency? Body parts 1x a week or 2x a week?
Question: Do I need to deload every 4 weeks if I only train each muscle group 1x/week?
Stop confusing us with scientific terms and talk straight. Which one is better. Its a simple question.
Thanks for your videos Omarlsuf, you are a good person!
@2:12
what kind of makeup do you use? you pretty girl
Watching this again 3 years in the future. Now, people question gravity being real. I wanna go back to 2014.. lol
If one is to not train to failure, how does one progress?
Normally when I want to progress I force my self to push through to do additional reps, so how do I progress when not pushing myself past my previous reps from previous training session since Im avoiding failure?
Don't train harder,.. train smarter !! Don't believe the ones looking like the hulk and advocate to train as hard as you can 6 days a week 4 + hours a day to failure ( Cause he must be right cause he looks so muscular. Don't fool yourself with this mentality. ) It's impossible without enhancements. Check natural athletes, they can lift even past their 70s. Steroid users usually won't get to that age without heart failure and other bodily discomforts etc etc etc. Great vid. Thx Omar and Brad 🙂
"You can't train hardcore for 4 hours" Somebody needs to tell that to Eric Bugenhagen lol
Love Dr Brad.
My friend just watched the video and said: "He's pretty small for being a hypertrophy expert!" … This world is doomed…
They showed a picture of him at a bodybuildkng competition and he's been a part of many hypertrophy studies but people just say "does he even lift"..idiots
The Doc looks kinda weak. Just saying
Dr. Broenfeld… 🤣
Great video. How long should the deload period be?
All this research I see no muscle to speak of in either of these gentlemen
When you have finished all the arguments in a conversation 2:03
Lol “I love nuggets man” 😂😂😂
Omar, why do you keep calling him Dr Bromfeld?
It's an interesting interview but the background noise is tiring and makes it difficult to pay attention to it. Perhaps it could be removed or lowered with some editing?
wow good knowledge there
