What are you using to workout your deficit calories?
If you want to maintain your strength or even get stronger you need to get certain keypoints in check:
1. Don't put yourself in a huge caloric deficit
2. Adjust your program but don't drop your volume by much!
3. Keep your Carbs high on training days and situate them around workout!
4. Try to focus on your sleep as much as possible meaning you need to optimize your recovery as good as you can.

I accidentally reached my goal 192 (was 225-235) pounds during quarantine. I went to the gym and dude 475 pound deadlift went to barely 2 reps of 315. Bench went from 210 to barely 185 for 3 shitty last 2 reps. Squats suffered the most 565 to 315 for 2 reps before I lose energy. A big factor is I changed gyms and lost my parters and those people that I always use to see. They pushed me by being present. Now I don’t have that so I guess it might be mental a lot too idk
Started cutting, and my bench is already getting weaker. Went from being able to get 3 sets of five with 210lb to only being able to do 3 sets of 4 with 205lb, and I've only lost five pounds wtf
