This is true why go we always need what is considered a nice body, a nice grade, nice family or a nice house before we give the permission to love ourselves. Why can’t we find it amazing that we exist because that’s hard enough already. We’re pretty tough and awesome just for that. It’s amazing for a soul to exist in living body. We need to be kind to our soul. I think we’re too hard on ourselves.

Happy new year! Planning to start on weight loss soon in 2020.Motivating myself…Can you please let me know how much protein is there when 100gms whole moong dal is sprouted?
Online search says 3-4gms at some places and at few it says approx 30gms as unsoaked green moong contains 25gm and sprouting increases the protein to approx. 30gms. I am confused on which is true?

Honestly Joanna, thanks to you and your channel, I have been able to make permanent positive changes to my life . I struggled with illness due to undiagnosed celiac disease for years and developed poor eating and exercise habits.
