I have a question regarding your 7 min lose 1-2 inch workout. Is it just as effective if I do it in the early evening rather than 1st thing in the morning? Same results?

Hi Lucy, I have been doing your postpartum workouts and I am seeing results! I’m only 12 weeks postpartum and so close to achieving my goals. I’m doing better this time around with my second baby thanks to your workouts. After my first baby I did different exercises and it took much longer. I can’t thank you enough. ☺️😘

Hello Lucy. I've done your excercises with Anna Sascone for nearly 4 weeks now and my muscles are sore plus I've stoped loosing weight (where normally I've lost 1kg a week) should I keep excercise 5 times a week or should I rest for couple of days. I'm afraid that I'm gaining weight because of it. By the way I eat healthy on daily basis. Please can you advise?
