Hi Lucy, I told my girlfriend about you and your exercises and she was wondering if you have exercise ideas for those who have diabetes and has foot issues open sores and can not do much on her feet. Do you have exercises she can do sitting down that will help with working out her whole body ?

I have always been "overweight" even when I played lacrosse in college, but I always like how I feel and look when I consistently workout and eat in moderation. 👍🏾

I was needing this video today!! Thanks Lucy. I have chondromalacia patellae(level3) in both knees. I am always scared that working out will make it worst. I wonder if I should combine the HIIT 4 minutes with some strengthening exercises (quadriceps and gluteus ). Thank for the lessons.

What is your take on fruits? Some people say eating fruits when trying to lose weight is bad because of the sugar others tell me fruits are harmless because it is natural sugar for instance the people I know on weight watchers can freely eat most fruits without it counting most fruits are zero points but like I said other people tell me to stay away from them and I hate hearing that cause I LOVE FRUITS !!! I love munching on blueberries, apples, bananas, pears, etc.

Hi Lucy, is a 4 min workout effective if at the end of it i feel slightly like I've exercised i.e. Heart rate slightly raised and slightly deeper breathing? I'm after some results and worried I'm not doing enough

I didn't exercise for over a year, I'm feeling really bad, gained weight, constantly tired,my eating habits became awful…

Just sated ur work outs today so far I liked it. I've been going to the gym for 1 year lost 27 pounds but now I feel stuck.. so I'm doing several of your videos a day try to work out at least 1 hour. Wish me luck!!!!

Hi Lucy I have been enjoying your video’s so much. First time every I am sticking to a exercise program.
But I’m really struggling to lose weight. I’m eating pretty well(better than I used to), drinking 2-3 liters of water and no alcohol, but still nothings happening. I can see difference in my legs, but my stomach just stays flabby 🙈
I did a 12week challenge with friends where I ate really clean and exercised, but lost only a 2kg and 15cm.
Now I’m doing Intermittent Fasting which I’m really enjoying as it helps me to keep my calories intake low, but still no results.
I don’t know what to do🤦🏽‍♀️
